A FATAL FIRE.
WOMAN BURNED TO DEATH, By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, November 14. Mr Penny cook's ten-roomed house at Ealclutha was burned down at midnight. Penny cook rescued the cnildren, and thought his wife was following, but she evidently became asphyxiated. Her charred remains were found f,wo hours latsr. The building was insured for £350 in the London and Lancashire Office, and the furniture for a like amount in the Norwich Union.
