A BUTLER'S DEMAND. Received November 6, 7.29 a.m. LONDON, November 6. A man, named Woolterton, formerly butler to Sir Charles F. Cory-Wright, a Justice of the Peace, has been sentenced to seven years' penal servitude at the Herts Assizes on a charge of entering Sir Charles Wright's bedroom, brandishing a revolver ancl demanding £IO,OOO, or Wright's life. Woolterton accepted £lO, and made an appointment to receive more when he was arrested at the rendezvous.
