IMPORTANT LAND SALES.

Messrs Dalgety and Co, Ltd, report having: effected the following important sales of properties during the last few weeks:— On account of H.V. Hammond, Happy Valley Estate, near Wellington, comprising 6,535 acres freehold, together with 8,250 sheep and 200 cattle, to William Melhuish, of Blenheim. On account F. Moore, "Lismore" Estate, near Wanganui, comprising 7,000 acres freehold, 644 acres leasehold, together with 13,000 sheep and 800 head of cattle, to 11. V. Hammond. On account J. Hammond Murray, 1,888 acres freehold at Upper Hutt, together with stock, to E. L. Holmwood, of Masterton. On account Parkinson and Blyth, 2,334 acres freehold, at Otaki, to J. H. Taylor, of Manakau. On account T. Clendon, 232 acres freehold, at Akatarawa, Upper Hutt, to J as. Kirkpatrick, of Blenheim, On account C. de V. Teschemaker, Shute "Glenlee" Estate, 13,600 acres freehold, and 15,500 acres leasehold, together with stock, to Wm. Shipley, Canterbury. On account Walker and Thompson, "Langridge" Estate, Marlborough, 7,237 acres freehold, 26,800 acres leasehold, together with stock, to George Shipley, of Canterbury. On account Percy Jones, "Vernon" Estate, Blenheim, 5,200 acres leasehDld, together with stock to B. Coleman, Marton. On account E. L.
