EFFECT OF NEW REGULATION. Received October 30, 8.56 a.m. LONDON, October 29. Now that employers are required to declare the amount of the salaries of all their employees, Instead of giving the names of those liable to income-tax, several millions from new payers are coming in to the national exchequer.
