ADVICE TO SUFFRAGETTES. Recaived October 24, 8.27 a.m. LONDON, October 23. In the course of his remarks at Dunfermline Sir H. Campbell-Ban-nerman advised the suffragettes that if they pestered people presistently they would probably win sooner than many expected.
