ACCIDENT TO KING ALFONSO.
PRECIPITATED INTO A RIVER. Received October 21, 10.25 p.m. MADRID, October 21. King Alfonso, while motoring through the flooded districts, met with a serious accident. A bridge at Lerida which he was crossing collapsed, and he was precipitated into the river. His Majesty escaped uninjured.
