Note—"luland" in eludes the Cook Islands—namely, Raratonga, Atiu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Mauke, and Hervey (Manual); also Palmerston (Avarua), Niue, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), Baksanf a, Manahiki, Penrhyn, (To garevn), and fcuwarrow Islands, and Eiitish New Guinea, Id for each half ounce or fraction thereof. All other places 2tjrd for each half-ounce or fraction thereof. Post Cards —All places, single, Id, reply Id. Commercial Papers.—Town, Jd, if not exceeding half ounce, and Id for the nAfc 4oz or fraction thereof, and hi for f&tw succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof. Inland, Id for the first 4oz or fraction thereof, ond Ad for each succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof. All other places 2|d for the first lOoz, and $d for each BUCc*ijiEg 2oz or fraction thereof.
