THE EDUCATION BILL. LONDON, October 11. The Right Hon. D. Lloyd-George, interviewed while in Wales, declared that the last Education Bill was the greatest and most drastic measure in the direction of the disestablishment and " disendowrnenc of the State Church ever proposed. It would have disestablished 13,000 church seminaries, daily attended by two and a half million children.
