SALE OF DRAPERY AND CLOTHING.
The attention of readers is directed to Messrs .Toomath and Browne's advertisement which appears in the Auctioneer's columns. This sale" is one of those rare occurrences that repay attention. Mr J. W. McCarthy has retired from business, and has removed the whole of his goods to the Drill Hall here, and placed them in the auctioneer's hands for absolute sale. The lines are all every day goods, new and clean, and intending purchasers are invited to attend the hall on the morning of the sale, and watch them unpacked and examine them at their.leisure. The list is too long for a review seriatim in this notice but the auctioneers have no hesitation in recommending the various iines to the heads of families, hawkers and traders, whom they invite to read the advertisement and see how many valuable lines they will be enabled to secure at their own price. The whole of the goods are to be sold absolutely without reserve.
