THREE YOUTHS ARRESTED. Received September 25, 7.31 a.m. ATHENS, September 24. Three youths were arrested at Patras for firing upon and slightly wounding an officer of the British naval squadron. They staled that they saw a man whose head was covered by a handkerchief approaching their flock, and, thinking him a robber, they fired,with the object of frightening him.
