BLOWN OUT TO SEA. Received August 19, 8.31 a.m. LONDON, August 19. Fifty rowing boats, engfged in fishing in the Firth of Clyde, were blown out to sea. Most of them returned. Steamers rescued the occupants of the remainder, except three fishermen, who were drowned. DUKE OF DEVONSHIRE. Received August 19, 9.21 p.m. LONDON, Augus 19. The Duke of Devonshire is nearly convalescent.
