LOOTING.
Received August 15, 5.37 a.m. MOROCCO, August 14.
The Governor of Casablanca was found in possession of recent loot,; also great quantities of merchandise were found hidden in his stores.
Many horrible atrocities are reported. One Spanish baker was rroasted in his own oven. The Mediona tribe, while returning home with Casablanca loot, was attacked by other tribes. There was a stubborn fight, lasting for .several lihciurs.
GERMAN ACCUSATIONS AGAINST FRENCH OFFICERS.

The .Berliner Tageblatt and the IColnische Zeitung publish Casablanca ielegramys accusing French officers of being .the aggressors in the first affray, and stating that French troops ■fled,' and .were saved by a Spanish detachment. The publication of these telegrams :h{*3 disturbed the French satiisfaction experienced because of Germany's : aon-interferencc in Morocco. TRIBESMEN FURIOUS AGAINST CHRISTIANS. Received August Jls, 9.54 p.m. MOROCCO August 15. The Kb&mas tribesmen , owing to the bombardment of Casablanca, are furious against the Christians, and wish to take revenge upew Kaid Sir Harry Maclean, Raisuli is protecting the Uiter.
