VICTORIA'S PREMIER.
AN ENGLISH IMPRESSION.
BRISBANE, August 12. Mr Bent, interviewed, said there was a general impression prevailing in England that Australians were a socialistic people, and that grave doubt was entertained whether capitalists would get back the money invested in Australia. Mr Bent claims to have succeeded in disponing much ignorance on the matter.
