SALE OF DAIRY FARMS.
On Friday, August 9th, at the Chamber of Commerce, Auckland, Mr T. Mandeno Jackson, in conjunction with the Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, will submit at auction the well-known Brunton Estate, which has been subdivided into dairy farms varying from 30 acres to 150 acres. The estate is one of the best in the Waikato, and contains 1,000 acres of rich alluvial level land, the greater part of which is in the highest state of cultivation and capable of growing an abundance of feed, summer and winter. The subdivisions have been carefully made, giving easy access by good roads to an up-to-date dairy factory, thus giving- ideal dairying conditions, and only four and a half hours' journey by rail to Auckland. On the homestead block there is a fine residence, together with all the necessary outbuildings. Plans, showing the subdivisions, of this fine property will be ready about the 15th instant, and will be forwarded on application. The terms of sale are exceptionally easy, extending over a period of seven years.
