In accordance with the decision of a mass meeting in Johannesburg, a general strike was ordered to-day, but working miners disregarded the order. i, 'a RETURNING THE CHINESE. Received July 5, 8.56.a.m.' DURBAN, July 4. Time-expired Chinese to the number of 1,918 have left here aboard the steamer Heliopolis, homeward bound.
