POISONED AT A BANQUET.
Received June 21, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, June 20. Reutor's Agency states that two hundred and fifty persons were seriously poisoned at a banquet at the opening of new barracks at Cosne, Franco, including 'the officer commanding the Eighth Army Corps.
