THE IRISH COUNCIL BILL.

"AN INSULT TO IRISH PEOPLE." Received May 19, 5.8 p.m. LONDON, May 18. The Dublin Corporation, by a unanimous vote, strongly condemned Mr Birrell's Irish Council Bill as an insult to Irish people. The Corporation declines to send delegates to a National Convention.
