REVOLT IN ROUMANIA.
A TOWN SACKED. Received March 25, 8.29 a.m. , BUDAPEST, March 24. Peasants in Roumania have looted a hundred estates. Vasluiu has been completely sacked. The Government has summoned 30,000 reserves. (Vasluiu is the capital of the province of the same name, and contains 7,500 inhabitants).
