By Telegraph—Press Association. WANGANUI, March 8. A sad drowning accident occurred this afternoon. The children of the Upokongaro School, with parents and friends, went up the river to Karawhaike for a picnic. A boy got out of his depth, and two ladies, named Mrs C: F.
