GENERAL BOTHA'S MESSAGE. Received March 5, 11.32 p.m. PRETORIA, March 5. ' General Botha's Cabinet was sworn in before Lord Selborne in Parlia ment Hall. The ceremony was an impressive one. Genera] Botha, in a message through the Press to the British public says thatßritain will neverjjhave cause to regret tb.3*trust placed in the Boer people, who have faith in the Transvaal's future, believing that prosperity and and contentment are achievable by legislation in the interests of all. He declares that there are many difficulties ahead, none of which, however, cannot be overcome now the two races are co-operating for the country's good.*) . .;;^a
