GRADING PRODUCE.
Received March 1, 10.25 p.m. LONDON, March 1. The Produce Exchange has agreed to the rule whereby buyers must accept a Government grader's certificate of quality at the time of shipment as final, by adding "unless the buyer is of opinion an error has occurred in grading," in which case he will have the option of submitting the matter to arbitration.
