THE PAPAKAIO BURGLARY CASE.
FINDLAY SENTENCED TO FIVE Y EARS IMPRISONMENT. '

1 OAMARU, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, John Findlay, who was recently acquitted of the murder of H. Rennie, was to-day convicted of burglary and theft' from Rennie's house at or about the time of the murder. He was sentenced to five years' imprisonment, and was adjudged to be an habitual criminal, to be kept in custody during the pleasure of the Governor at the expiration of the sentence.
