In reference to the allegation that a separation agreement had been arranged between the Duke and Duchess of Marlborough, owing to incompatibility, and the statement by Sir George Lewis that the children were not in the custody of the Duchess of Marlborough, but were residing with'the Duke, the fact that the Duchess with her sons, attended the Drury Lane Theatre yesterday indicated that a settlement of the matrimonial differences has been effected.
