MASTERTON BAND SPORTS.
Considerable interest is being taken in the sports to be held by the Masterton Municipal Brass Band on the Park Oval this afternoon and evening, and there is every prospect of their being a success. A varied and attractive programme has been drawn' up, and some interesting contests - should be witnessed., The handicaps for the cycling and foot events are< as follow: — One Mile Bicycle Handicap.—J.
