Mi ACCEPTANCES for the First Day's Events will close with the Secretary at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on SATURDAY, 22nd December, 1906, at 9.m., and'for the Second Day's* Events at the same piace at 9 o'clock on 'the evening of the First Day. PENALTIES. . The following penalties shall be carried' by the winner of ahy race after declaration of weights: Of the value of 50 sovs, Gibs; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 sovs, 81bs: 150 sovs, lOlbs: 300 sovs and over, 141bs, provided that any / horse handicapped at Bst lOlbs and over will only carry half these penalties. This rule does not apply to Welter and Hurdle Races. HURDLE AND WELTER RACES. The winner of any race after declar ation of weights to carry a penalty of lOlbs _ two or more races 17lbs. H. A.
