DUNEDIN, Deoember 20,

Dr. James Martin, of Middle* march, wae thrown oat of his trap between McfKae's and Moonlight, yesterday, and sustained fatal injuries. The deceased, who wus unmarried, and about 51 years of age, was in practice in this city with his brother, Dr. Robert Martin, before he took up his Middlemarob practice a little over two years age.
