MORE REVOLUTIONARIES ARRESTED. Received December 18, 8.40 a.m. ■* ST'. PETERSBURG, Dec. 17. I The police have discovered seven bombs and a quantity of weapons, Sunpowder, and dynamite in a store at Moscow. Thirty revolutionaries were arrested. The Government has withdrawn the administrative measures against Mr Braham, the St. Petersburg correspondent of The Times, who has resumed his duties. TWO YOUTHS EXECUTED. Received December 18, 11.28 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 18. Two youths have been executed for attempting to assassinate Admiral Dubasoff. •
