The sum of £6OO was olaimed, the salvors claiming that the Lutterworth was a dereliot, and they were entitled to one-half of her value. The owners contended that the barque wac not a dereliot, and that, even if she was, there was no rule as to half values in snob oases. The Chief Justice gave judgment for £4OO and costs.
