Received Deoember 4, 8.39 a.m. MERLIN, December 3In the Reiohstag, Herr Bebel further declared that special efforts have been made to shield Dr Peters and Herr Pattkamer. He aoonsed Counts Arnimeriowen, Kardoff, and Area* of corruptly abusing their portions as deputies, in ordei to bring down the officials, who were too aotively probing the colonial scandals. The statement caused great disorder in the Reichstag. Herr Bebel refused to withdraw. Count Arent denied the accusation made against him. MORE SHOCKING HORRORS. A STORMY DEBATE. Reoeived December 4, 10.28 p.m. BERLIN, Deoember 4. More shocking oulanial horrors were described in the Reiohstag. A stormy debate ensued. Herr Deinberg protested against the creation of an impression that the colonial ofQoiala were mere beasts.
