EXPORT OF GOLD.

WELLINGTON, December 3. The export of gold from New Zealand during the eleven months of the present year was 510,6950z, of the value of £2,055,938, which is an inoroase of 28,1270z valued at £112,879, as compared with the figures for the corresponding period of last year; The export for the eleven months is neatly twice that of the total for 1896. The quantity of gold sent away in JBB6 was only 227,079z, valued at £903,569.
