BANKRUPTCY.
Richard John Hodgins, hotelKeeper, of MRSterton, yesterday filed his petition in bankruptcy, with the Deputy-Official Assigute. The bankrupt's statement showed that the total debts amount to £9OB 10s 6d. The only secured oreditoi was Messrs Levin and Op. (£1,634 17a Brt), and tbe property seoured is estimated to bs worth £3,000. This left a surplus from the seoured creditor of £1,365 2s 4d, which, added to cash in hand (£7O), left an estimated surplus over and above the debts of £526 lis lOd.
