The highest sum /paid fori any one animal was £337 10e, which was given for the elephant Alice by Mr William AntiersoA, proprietor of "Wonderland Gity" arßondi. Most of the animals realised comparatively low prices. Two bumped camels, broken to ride, were purohaee'l for £45 for the Adelaide Zoo.
