THE EDUCATION HILL. Reoeived November 30, 10.19 p.m. LONDON, November 30. The Duke of Norfolk introduced to the Marquis of Lansdowne, a deputation of Catbolioa from ail parts of England and Wales, who urged that the House of Lords adhere to their amendments to the Education Bill. Some of th 3 spokesmen deolared tbat the Bill even now did not meet their requirements. The Marquis of Lansdowne, in reply, said that be oould hardly believe that the Government would reject the House of Lords' amendments wholesale. If the Bill was thus treated the House of Lords would not shrink from the challenge. There was no fear of the House of Lords paying an excessive price to terminate the controversy. MARQUIS OP CLANRICARDE'S ESTATES. Received LONDON, November 29. A Bill has been itiroduod in the House of Commons by Mr W. J. Duffy, Nationalist member for Galway South, providing for the expropriation of the Marquis of Claarioarde's estates in Ireland, and read a first time.
