ATTACK ON A GOVERNOR.

A NATIONALIST MEMBER REBUKED. Received November 29, 8 80 a.m. LONDON, November 28. Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman, the Prime Minister, speaking in the House of Commons, severely rebuked Mr J. G, MacNeill, the Nationalist member for South Donegal, for attacking Sir Henry MacOallum, Governor of Natal, in tne guise of a question. Sir Henry added that the Governor had done nothing to forfeit the Government's confidence.
