Prince Bulow, in the Reichstag, during a debate on South-West Africa, said that further {large same were required to terminate'the war there. Any proposal {to evaauate or abandon the colonial possessions aroused national indighation. Germany was bound to colonise owing to the development of'her shipping and commerce overseas. *
