CHOLERA VIRUS.
Beceived November 28, 8.85 a.m. LONDON, November 27. Keuter's Manila correspondent states that ten out of twenty-four prisoners who, it is believed, were inoculated with cholera virus for experimental purposes, died. The virus was contaminated with that of bubonic plague.
