RINGLEADEETOF STOKEKS SENTENCED.
Received November 27, 10.4 a.m. LONDON, November 26. A stoker, named Moody, the ringleader in the recent riot at the naval barraoks at Portsmouth, has been sentenoed to five years' penal servitude.
