NEW FOUNDLAND FISHERIES.
A SKIPPER FINED, Received November 21,10 a.m. ST. JOSN, November 20. A skipper at the Bay of Islands, on the west coast of Newfoundland, has been fined fifty dollars for conveying Newfoundland fishermen beyond the three-mile limit, in order that they might join American fishing vessels.
