DUVeDIN, November lk , The Presbyterian Assembly, today, diecussad the report on the aged and inflrm Ministers Fand, and decided to refer the regulations to presbyteries. The report of the Publications Committee with respeofc to the Outlook provoked l«ng and animated-disoassion. The question wbs the publication of an article, signed which some Donsideied subversive to the doctrines of the Church, and the refusal to pnblißh a letter by the.Sev. P. B. Praser, protesting.against its publication, nclesß the said letter was considerably amended. It was eventually resolved that while not endorsing ail the views of ti»e articles in question, and the reasserting doctrines ot grace as set forth in the shorter catechism, no further action shnuld be taken. A " protest was entered by several Ministers and a Corbinittee was set up to reply to the protest.
