BREACH OF SHIPPING REGULATIONS.
■By Telegraph—Press Association. LYTTELTON,! Nov. 13. At the Lyttelton Police Coart, this morning, 0. S. Crichton, master of the steamer Rippingham Grange, was fined £5 and 17s costs for having shipped four seamen at Wellington without making the agree* ment required by law.
