Received November 2, 6.54 a.m. LONDON, November 1. In the House of Commons Mr E. Robertson, Secretary,to, the Admiralty, in reply to Mr E. A. Ridsdale, member for Brighton, said the British battleships had been arranged on what was considered a more efficient fighting disposition. Two vessels from the Channel, Mediterranean, and Atlantic fleets, respectively, had been added to the Home fleet.
