A COURAGEOUS WOMAN. Received Ootober 30, 8.59 a.m. NEW YORK, Ootober 29. Only six passengers escaped from the two cars precipitated into the water in tbe Atlantic City railway disaster. Une of the survivors, a woman, dived four times in search of her husband, and brought four bodies to the surface. The fourth was that of her husband, who revived. CAUSE OF THE DISASTER. Received Ootober 31, 12.3 a.m. NEW YORK, Ootober 30. The Atlantio City disaster was due to a defective connection between tbe ordinary rails and those of the drawbridge. The latter rails were higher.
