WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY CONGRESS.

Reoeived Ootober 26, 10.57 p.m. LONDON, Ootober 26. Great Britain's. proposals at the Wireless Telegraphy Congress that aatonomous colonies should be represented on the international bureau with a proviso that no power having colonies should oommand more than seven votes was rejeoted. The question of colonial representation was postponed until a future congress. All powers are now placed on an equal footing as regards voting. It is understood that Great Britain proposes tc exempt the Marconi stations from oompulsory inter-ooui-munioation with the- stations of other wireless systems, but is wiling to provide some stations in England *>here inter communication could be enforced.
