Reoeived Ootober 23, 11 p.m. NEW YORK, Ootober 23. 0«e hundred and twenty-five employees of the Florida and East Coast Railway Co., who were living on board a hulk, were blown out to sea during a hurricane. The hulk went to pieces, and 79 t*er« drowned. The rest were rescued.
