Received October 21, 4.41 p.m. LONDON, October 20. The Worcestershire Oomniissipnere have intimated that they must report Mr G. H. Williamson, Conservative member for Worcester Oity, owing to his illegal not in paying a sum to a person other than an election agent. The Commissioners, however, state that the report would be obviated if Mr Williamson obtains from the judge relief on the groan djihat he acted in ignorance of the law. Ninety-three persons were reported and certificates refused in twentynine cases. Alderman Oaldicott (Conservative) has been reported for bribing and illegal practices. His certificate wbp refused on the ground ,that he answered questions put to him by the Commissioners untruthfully.
