(Prom' Our Own Correspondent.) Monday. On "Thursday evening 1 jat the Eketabuna Dramatic Club staged in the Public HAM, ttie niece entitled "All is not Gold thnt Glitters." There was a 'good attendance. It is very seldom 'that this district witnesses such a flue performance. Mr Toohili rertesented Mr Plum in a way that left nothing to be desired. Mr Bell and Miss M. Andar son portrayed Stephen Plum and Martba Gibbs reappctively to perfection. The p-rts ranat hare reqnired a lot of study and hard work. Mr Dnrnßtnce as Toby "The Life and Soul of the Faotorj" wbr excellent. Misses A. Anderson and McDonald na Lady Vnlt-ria and Lady Lpatberbridge, respectively,fulfilled their parts in a creditable manner as dirt Messrs Cooper, Wright <-nd Briehr. The district ought to'feel proud that it possesses -snoh talent. Tho*#> residents who failed'to witness the performance missed h treat. The company afterwards entertained the gathering with danc« music, songs, and reeitatione. Meadames Mason and Robinson provided refreshments for the company, n m"st enjoyable evening was brought tu a close with the einging of "Auld 'Lang Syne."
