WANGANUI AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATION.
With reference to the fine new cattle yards now in oourse of completion on the raoecourse, the Waoganui Agricultural Association are erecting a number of covered-in stalls, so that breeders of prize stook may be under no aDprehension as to the comfort of the animals on exhibition at the forthcoming annual show. The stalls are as roomy, and will be aa well fitted up as the ordinary loose-box, and although a large number of entries in the vaiious classes is expected, the accommodation wiil be ample for all purposes to which they may be applied under the various headings. It should be remembered by all intending exhibitors that the time for the closing of en tries—Saturday, November 3rd —is drawing very near—only about four weeks off—and every particular in connection therewith may be obtained ou application to the secretary, Mr Selby Morton, at the office of the Association in St Hill Street, Wanganui. Those who have not already received a oopy of the official programma are asked to apply lor one, either personally or in writing, and to pay particular attention to the very liberal prizes offered, inoluding many specials, in the numerous classes.
