AUAIN.OAPTURED. By Telegraph—Press Association. OIiRISTOHUROH, Ootober 1. Terry was re-captured at Obaka (19 miles from Obrißtohursb) by tbe ■constables. (•He said be had no thought of making hla permanent escape, as he realised that bis re-oapture was only a question of a day or two. He says he was never sanguine of evading his pursuers, and he persists in characterising his escape as a protest against a system of which h 8 disapproves. He intends *-o make the same protest at every'opportunity, and will attempt to eßcape again the first chance he gets. He declares that his incarceration in suob an institution worries him, and that his* committal to an asylum was unjustifiable. He la persistent in asking for an inquiry |into his case, and iuto the legislation whioh permita such a state of things. Terry escaped in his shirt, but he bad his clothes "planted" in the asylum grounds. He walked all night through a bitter sou'-wester, and obtained food and farther clothes at a farmhouse. He states that he would not kill another Chinaman, as his killing one was sufficient a protest as the killing of fifty.
