TROUBLE WITH SIKH POLICE.
THEY REFUSE DUTY. Reoeived October 1, 10.30 p.m. SHANGHAI, October 1. Eighty Sikh police at Shanghai refused duty. Volunteers were summoned and the Sikhs then submitted quietly. They were disarmed and confined to the barracks.
