AGRARIAN RIOTS. ~STOCK DESTROYED. AUTHORITIES EXPELLED. ' Received September 27, 8.36 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 26. Great agrarian riots are proceeding round Kisbneff, the capital of the government ot Bessarabia, owing to the landlords refusing to grant leases. The peasants appropriated the land, burning all stock, corn and forage, and flogging and expelling the authorities. The residents in Heventy villages in the Malmyth district have revolted, and expelled the polioe. r A bomb at Riga wrecked a tramoar. One passenger was torn to pieces and four wounded. The residence of M. Albrecbt, the Public Prossoutor at Helsing fora, was damaged by a bomb explosion. Despite the drumhead court-martial dally outrages are being committed in Moscow. The trains conveying politioal prisoners to Siberia were never so orowded as they ar« at present. GENERAL KAULBARS' WARNING. Received September 27, 9.19 p.m. ST PETERSBURG, Sept. 27. General Kaulbars warned a deputation that if one member of the Union of Russian People is billed, Odessa would be inundated with blood. . - The Christiana labour organisations declare that in the event of an outbreak thev will defend the Jews with their last drop of blood. TRAINS BOMBARDED. Received September 27, 11.44 p.m.^ ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 27. The revolutionaries at Riga bombarded trains with bombs and bullets in order to enforce a strike. Two hundred suspects are daily expelled or exiled from St. Petersburg. GRIMES TRACED TO-DETEC-TIVES. ' Received September 27, 11.44 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 27. The newspaper Novoe Vremya states that all the crimes perpetrated at Eketerinoslaff have been traced to deteotivea. therefore no arrests were made. TERRORISING THE PEOPLE.
